6 Intermediate DBAs are urgently required by a bank in downtown
Toronto.


Key Skills:

- SQL Server or Oracle

- Ideally 10G Oracle with RAC

- Experience within a large enterprise environment

- Technical skills are important but flexible - the key will
be soft skills: excellent communication skills to talk to sr.
managers, personality, strong work ethic, proactive thinker, decision
maker



Key Facts:

- These roles are within the Network Operating Centre

- This group supports 1200 applications, 2500 Intel Server
and 500 Unix devices

- 7 x 24 operations

- 12 hr shifts (only 2 rotations, not three)

- DBAs will work 3 days on, 3 days for 12 weeks and then will
get 7 days off

- They are paid shift premiums

- Interview will be technically and behaviorally based
